Arms by sides, palms facing forward, swept forward and upward repeatedly to shoulder height. Point right arm down and left arm brought from overhead, vertical position to horizontal position repeating left arm movement. ON - Arms above head, open palms and fingers raised with palms toward aircraft, then fist closed. OFF - Reverse of above. ON - Arms above head, then wands crossed.
