Part II is a cumulative report that contains all records submitted during the current reporting period that contain errors that have not been corrected. In addition to current reporting period errors, NAVFLIRS DAR Part II contains errors not corrected from the previous months. Prior months errors will not be removed from the DAR Part II until corrections are made. Part V summarizes each NAVFLIRS document for the current reporting period that appears on the DAR Part I, DAR Part II, and all records that appear on the DAR Part II for the previous reporting period.
The individual master roster (fig. 4-26) is prepared monthly. It identifies the total aircrew assigned to an organization by grade, social security number (SSN), service (SVC), hours flown, and flight qualifications. Each line of the report represents each aircrew member assigned, hours flown, and flight qualification status. The NAVFLIRS-00 will be kept up-to-date by the operations department to reflect current personnel in a flying status during the reporting period.
The Monthly Aircraft Utilization Report (fig. 4-27) summarizes, by BUNO, total mission requirement (TMR) code and hours flown with mission name, landings (by code), total flight hours and flights, ship flight hours and flights, catapult launches, and training areas and hours performed by each aircraft. Each line of this report represents a summarization for each type of landing (day or night), by BUNO.
The Monthly Aircraft Mission Report (fig. 4-28) summarizes, by TMR, the number of missions, hours flown, and the average duration in each category by TEC. Each line of this report represents a summarization for each TMR within the TEC.
The Monthly Individual Flight Activity Report (fig. 4-29) details, by individual aircrew member, his/her specific flight activity performed during the reporting period. Each line represents a summarization for each date/time depart by BUNO and TEC, first pilot time (FPT), co-pilot time (CPT), and special crew time (SCT). Nighttime aircrew flight time is also represented on each detail line. This report also accumulates weapons proficiency data, miscellaneous data, and a fiscal year summary.
