A (SIDE NO. WC) - Space used to display aircraft side numbers and work center numbers.
B (PRI) - Space used to display outstanding material requisitions ordered against the activity's highest priority.
C (PRI) - Space used to display outstanding material requisitions ordered against the activity's second highest priority.
D (PRI) - Space used to display outstanding material requisitions ordered against routine priority.
E (MASTER REGISTER) - Space used to display outstanding material requisitions by document number.
The Organizational and Intermediate Material Control Register (OPNAV Form 4790/11) is used at both maintenance levels by respective material control work centers.
The organizational work center board shows work assignments by name in the work center, plus providing space for personnel data cards and individual technical qualification records. Space is also provided for pending assignments, not assigned tasks (AWM), and those in a AWP status. Refer to figure 4-13 as you read this section for the location of the information discussed below.
A (PERSONNEL STATUS) - Space used to display names, rates, personnel status forms, and other pertinent information about individual personnel assigned to the work center.
B (IN WORK) - Space used to show registers for discrepancies that are in an in-work status. The work center register is displayed in the pocket of the person assigned the responsibility for completing the task.
